• Items must be clean and free of stains, odors, snags, pulls, missing buttons, broken zippers, deodorant stains, or any other visible signs of wear. We consider vintage pieces if they are higher-end and in good condition.

Return and Donation Choices:

If you, the consignor, would like unsold items returned, we will assign you with a date at the consignment appointment to come back to pull your items. The date will be one week after your item goes on 50% off clearance. You will be responsible for returning on that date (or calling us before the date if there is a conflict so that we can assign a date that works for you). We will provide you with a list of what’s left and you will have to pull them. If you can’t find something, we will assist you then or look for it at a later time if we are busy. 

If you do not return to pick up your items on the assigned date, they become our property and will be donated. We have very limited space and are not able to keep your items past the return date.

We highly encourage consignors who bring in lower resale value items (Ann Taylor, J. Crew, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Chico’s, BCBG, and similar brands) to donate unsold items.

We will provide you with a donation slip if you request one for tax purposes. We require a week to complete these forms for you so plan accordingly.

Fair Commission Structure:

We operate on a 50/50 split for all sales. Your commission will be 50% of the sale price of the item at the time of sale.

Competitive Pricing:

All pricing will be set at 50-75% off retail prices. Seasonal merchandise and holiday items will be marked down for faster sales.

Clearance and Donation Policy:

Generally, items will be moved to the clearance rack after 2 months on the floor and donated within two weeks after that. This guideline may vary based on inventory levels.

Consignor Benefits:

Enjoy a 10% discount on all non-sale, non-luxury consignment merchandise as a valued consignor.

Payments will be sent via Venmo or Check (please note there is a $2.00 check fee).
