• Items must be clean and free of stains, odors, snags, pulls, missing buttons, broken zippers, deodorant stains, or any other visible signs of wear. We consider vintage pieces if they are higher-end and in good condition.

Return Policy: We strongly encourage you to donate your unsold items as they benefit our charity which clothes women in need. Otherwise, we will return higher-end items upon request. We will identify which items are considered higher-end to help you decide what to consign with us.

Fair Commission Structure: We operate on a 50/50 split for all sales. Your commission will be 50% of the sale price of the item at the time of sale.

Competitive Pricing: All pricing will be set at 50-75% off retail prices. Seasonal merchandise and holiday items will be marked down for faster sales.

Clearance and Donation Policy: Generally, items will be moved to the clearance rack after 2 months on the floor and donated within two weeks after that. This guideline may vary based on inventory levels.

Consignor Benefits: Enjoy a 10% discount on all non-sale consignment merchandise as a valued consignor.

Payment Options: Payments will be sent via Venmo or Check on the last business day of the month or shortly after if there is a holiday.

Return and Donation Choices: Decide carefully whether you want unsold items returned to you or marked for donation.

Pickup Reminder: When we call you to pick up return items, you will have one week to retrieve them or respond if you are out of town. After one-week, unclaimed items will be donated.

Charitable Donation: All unsold items are donated to "In The Image," supporting a great cause in our community.
